  Cannot fault the service at all. I had used the wrong postcode but with no thanks to Royal Mail I did not receive it even after a visit to the delivery office. I spoke with The Watch Factory and they immediatley resent the package. Very pleased and wil certainly use the company again.

  I bought a light blue Baby-G resin strap watch. I shipped around and Watch Factory had the best price on the net, and delivery was free! Delivery was quick too. The only slight down side is that the colour of the watch in the image on the website is a little misleading, but after doing my research I knew what to expect when it came! Great watch, web retailer.

  I don't trust most on-line sites i would much rather hand my money over in person but the watch i was after could only be bought from the watch factory or the USA...after reading some of the testimonials i thought i would take a chance and I'm glad i did ordered my CASIO G-SHOCK

  Bought the watch on the 22nd of Dec and it was on my wrist in Perth, Western Australia on the 4th of Jan which I think is darn good considering Oz Post had an extra holiday on top of the usual public holidays. The watch is brilliant, the price was extremely competitive and I highly recommend this company. Communication was perfect and tracking on the package was very beneficial. The service from the watch factory I found to exceed any other online watch retailer and believe me I had tried a few.   Brought the watch as a Xmas present VERY close to the actual day. (~6 days actually)
  Arrived the next day like it was supposed to, although I DID pay extra for a specific time band - it actually arrived after that time :( (but being so close the Xmas day I wasn't that surprized)
  
  The person that got the watch seems very pleased with it although it wasn't quite the one she wanted (THAT one seemed sold out everywhere)
  Had to pay a little more for this gift, but it was still cheaper than other sites I'd found

I was surprised at first to see that the manufacturer's seal had been broken, but I then realised that new batteries had been fitted and the time had been adjusted. I would suggest The Watch Factory to have this service as an option during checkout. Great service overall, highly recommended.

  Your watch and accessories catalogue is very good, as is your service and prompt delivery. But there was one drawback. I had ordered for a watch strap and sidebars. The sidebars were not sent. I should have been told that sidebars were not included and I was willing to pay extra for that.

  This was the cheapest site could find for this watch by about 30% cheaper. tI arrived in two days. i Bought it so i could tell the time in the dark. as its an indiglo watch. a lovely clear face. feels solid and weighty without being too heavy. The service from teh watch factory was excellent. Have a well deserved 10/10 for your prices, service and delivery

  I recently added a used GW-M5600A-3 (solar and atomic) to my collection and liked the colour so much I decided I needed another watch with the same look.
  The GW-M5600A-3 is discontinued and I didn't plan to wear mine, so I searched online for a G-5600A-3, which is almost identicle, less the atomic function.
  Most online retailers priced the G-5600A-3 at £80+ and also many sellers were US based.
  Fortunately I found 'The Watch Fatory' was selling this model for £64 shipped. I called through to check stock before ordering the last 2 pieces.
  
  The watches arrived next day by courier. I'm very happy with my purchase.
  
  I highly recommend 'The Watch Factory' and will use them again.

  I've ordered 2 G Shocks from The Watch Factory now. I'm extremely satisfied with the service provided, the ease of use of your site, swift (and free!) delivery and most importantly your prices, especially when compared with most other UK sites and lesser known G Shock models.
  
  If I have one criticism it's that most product images don't zoom very well, sometimes the original promo photos look a bit artificial too. Perhaps a popup window and adding a more "real world" image would be better. And maybe a backlink to the manufacturer's product page for "more information", etc. That said it's a minor criticism on the site and not on the company itself.
  
  I'll admit I initially had reservations about purchasing from a smaller company but any doubts I had are gone and I won't hesitate when ordering from you again.
  
  Highly recommended!

  This site is great! It has a large catalogue of watches, especially Casio and Timex. The prices are very competitive and the delivery is fast. The site is easy to navigate and the buying process is unfuzzy.
  
  The watch is beautiful and easy to read, even with the reverse display. The face is simple and clean, without the complications of other G-Shocks. It has many great features not found on many other G-Shocks (day/month display instead of month/day, 2 custom memos, LED flash alert, weekday and weekend alarms).   i have been searching for the casio referee watch in the United States for some time. i had found it at some UK retailers who would not ship to the US. You came through selling the right watch and shipping it with easy tracking to me in California.
  
  it is a very good watch. I love the pre-set timer and its ability to vibrate when time is up. There are a couple of features that I would like improved. When the vibrate mode is on, I would still like the watch to beep or have a positive click when I start the watch so I wouldn't have to look at it as play was started. I'd also like to have the ability to set my own period lengths as in some tournaments I need to track quarters.

  Casio DB-1500-1 Unisex Collection Databank Watch
  I have had one of the above mentioned watches previously and the main feature I like is that the databank facility of 150 records split between phone and scheduled dates is ample for most peoples records.
  I ordered this watch on the Bank Holiday Evening (Monday) and it was despatched on the Tuesday and received on Thursday. It was so securely packed that I knew instintively, that there was no chance that it would sustain any damage.
