This watch, part of the US Navy SEALs 3950 series is quite similar to the 3900 series but with one major difference: the Velcro pull-back strap on this watch is a much wider strap which gives the watch the look of an armband and makes it even more secure. The Velcro pull-back strap is popular among divers because of its ability to be adjusted for wear over any clothing. The dial of this watch is blue with white hour markers.
