Return Policy

We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us and have created a 14-day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances. This returns policy applies to all customers irrespective of your geographical location.

Provided the product has not been used, and you advise us of your intention to return it within 14 days of delivery, you will be able to receive a full refund for your purchase excluding any additional postage or gift wrap charges.

When returning your item, please ensure it is packaged securely and sent by a tracked or signed for service to ensure safe arrival to our Returns Department.
